I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Nova Southeastern University in Business Administration and later completed my teaching certifications in the state of Florida. My passion lies in empowering others through education, and that’s precisely why I established Tutor Zone.
Each day, I witness the challenges and educational needs of students who can benefit from additional one-on-one time with a teacher. For our team at Tutor Zone, teaching is a calling. We are dedicated to helping students develop essential learning skills, boost their confidence, and thrive in the classroom.
My name is Ms. Fara, I have a wealth of teaching experience, holding both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Education. I’m a retired educator deeply passionate about continuing to inspire and educate. Specializing in Spanish, French, English as a second language (ESL), and elementary math and reading. I’m committed to creating tailored and engaging learning experiences to help students achieve their academic goals as a tutor at Tutor Zone.
My name is Ms. Keyla, and I’m the proud managing partner of Tutor Zone. My passion for working with children began at a young age and was nurtured through my school’s early childhood education program, where I gained hands-on experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement. Over the years, I’ve continued to build on that foundation, developing a teaching style that is structured, nurturing, and tailored to each student’s unique learning needs.
I take pride in creating dynamic and personalized learning experiences that promote both academic growth and confidence. I work with students across a variety of grade levels and subjects, using differentiated instruction and interactive methods to ensure every child feels supported and challenged.
In my role as managing partner, I oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of educational excellence. I collaborate closely with families, guiding them through their child’s academic journey and fostering strong home-to-center communication. Whether I’m teaching in the classroom or leading behind the scenes, my goal is to create a welcoming, inspiring space where all students can thrive.
My name is Ms. Kimberly, and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Care and Education from Florida Atlantic University, showcasing my commitment to fostering young minds. I have been teaching for Broward County Schools for four years now. My role at Tutor Zone involves working with students from kindergarten to high school levels, covering a variety of subjects. I’ve been wholeheartedly dedicated to teaching, and I’ve channeled that passion into all my students.
My name is Juliana Brooks, born and raised in Medellin, Colombia, most of my life; it has always been a childhood dream to be involved in education. I firmly believe that every child is a beautiful flower waiting to blossom. Each child has their strengths. Not all children may be a rose, some may be a tulip, or a dandelion, or another flower, but EACH child has a beauty that must be well nourished to their need for them to bloom. With a significant amount of joy and confidence, I know we can provide the educational services children need.
My name is Mark Brooks, as a foster parent who adopted three children with 4Kids of South FL, I have remained closely involved in advocating for good quality education for needy children. Professionally, I spent twenty-six years in international logistics (shipping) management. With a profession in shipping and a passion for helping children in need, I often tell people that I move boxes to make a living and move lives to make life worth living. In 2024, with my wife, we decided to act on that passion for advocating for children and opened Tutor Zone – Coconut Creek.
